Why is the loyalty card system changing?

As part of the Mitre 10 conversion, we are aligning with the Mitre 10 Mighty Rewards loyalty program. This helps to make sure our customers receive the best products and rewards going forward.

Can I continue to use the Park Road VIP Loyalty Card?

Yes – you will have until 31/12/2021 to use your existing card. After this date, our customers will be converted to the Mighty Rewards system.

If you are a trade based customer and prefer the ‘discount off’ system, please contact us to enquire about a trade card.
